Yvette Stanton, a left-handed stitcher, published the only left-handed stitch dictionary I've found. And because it is so stellar, she's also released a right-handed version!
This dictionary has really thoughtfully done instructions and clear pictures. If you're in a mixed-hand household, she does includes an inset photo of the left-handed method for each stitch.
